Craftsmanship & Heritage

Blended exclusively from eaux-de-vie sourced from the prestigious Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus: the appellation known as Fine Champagne, this VSOP combines structure, complexity and aromatic depth. The eaux-de-vie are aged in French Limousin oak, contributing to the cognac’s rich colour and profound character. 

Tasting Notes

Appearance:
Warm golden-amber with luminous reflections: a testament to its careful oak ageing.

Nose:
Elegant and expressive. Dominant notes of vanilla rise first, followed by aromatic dried apricot, baked apple and subtle floral tones, supported by hints of oak spice. 

Palate:
Harmonious and layered. The palate reveals a balanced interplay of ripe fruit, gentle licorice, dried fruit and soft spice, leading to a silky, well-structured mouthfeel with remarkable depth. 

Finish:
Smooth and persistent, warm with lingering fruit, spice and toasted oak notes.
