Shipping Policy – Cognac Select

Shipping Areas

Cognac Select ships its products to France, the European Union, and international destinations, subject to local regulations governing the sale and importation of alcohol.
Some destinations may be subject to restrictions or specific requirements (customs duties, import licenses, local taxes).

Order Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends, public holidays, and exceptional periods (holidays, special operations, pre-orders, or limited editions).

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected carrier:

  • France (mainland): typically 2 to 5 business days

  • European Union: typically 3 to 10 business days

  • International (outside the EU): typically 7 to 21 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance procedures.

Carriers

Shipments are handled by reputable carriers such as Colissimo, DHL, FedEx, or equivalent, depending on the destination, package weight, and nature of the order.

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • the destination country,

  • the weight and volume of the package,

  • the selected carrier.

All shipping fees are clearly displayed before final order confirmation.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be applied by the destination country’s authorities.
These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded by Cognac Select.

Delivery and Inspection

Customers are required to inspect their parcel upon delivery.
In the event of damage, missing items, or signs of tampering, customers must:

  • report precise reservations to the carrier,

  • and contact Cognac Select within 48 hours of receipt, providing supporting photos.

Alcohol Regulations

The sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited to minors.
By placing an order on Cognac Select, the customer confirms that they are of legal drinking age in their country of residence.
