Created in 1912, Cordon Bleu remains one of Martell’s most iconic expressions — generous, complex, unmistakably smooth. For this limited edition, the bottle receives a contemporary visual identity inspired by the Horse, emblem of endurance and power. Fluid strokes, lacquered contrasts and metallic details reflect the energy of a new year marked by opportunity and elevation.

Tasting Notes

Appearance:
Deep copper-gold with amber highlights; bright, luminous and dense.

Nose:
Fine and expressive. Orchard fruits (plum, baked apple) mingle with mocha, toasted nuts and a light herbal freshness. Elegant balance between richness and lift.

Palate:
Supple and layered. Notes of raisin, plum and dried apricot evolve toward warming spice, clove, cinnamon, followed by subtle roasted coffee and soft oak. A generous mouthfeel, both silky and structured.

Finish:
Long, dry and lingering, marked by hints of tobacco leaf, violet, toasted almond and light peppery warmth.
