Tasting Notes

Appearance:
Deep mahogany amber with burnished copper highlights luminous and infinitely complex.

Nose:
Candied fruits, roasted pineapple and baked apple, with cinnamon, vanilla and an extraordinary depth of mature oak that speaks of decades in the cellar. Immensely complex and endlessly rewarding.

Palate:
Monumental and silky the full expression of fifty years of patient maturation. Candied fruits, liquorice, warming spices and a richness that fills the palate completely, balanced by a freshness that defies its age.
