Limited to just 18 carefully selected casks, it captures a growing season that gave everything: glorious August and September sunshine, a high diurnal temperature range, exceptional aromatic concentration and the naturally high acidity of Ugni Blanc grapes at their finest all distilled and matured for ten years on the limestone soils of the Bonneuil estate.

This is single estate, single harvest cognac in its truest form no blending, no correction, no compromise. Only the voice of a remarkable parcel of Grande Champagne premier cru, speaking across a decade of patient ageing.

Appearance:
Bright pale amber, lively and luminous the visual energy of the vintage in a glass.

Nose:
Vivid and expressive: tangerine, peach and white flowers, anchored by toasted bread and fresh orchard fruit. The nose has a beautiful tension energetic and precise.

Palate:
Concentrated and elegant: baked caramel apple tart, spicy teacake, honeycomb and sweet orange, with warming caramel. The acidity of the vintage provides remarkable lift and freshness throughout.

Finish:
Long and mineral, with a lingering elegance and the unmistakable limestone signature of the Bonneuil terroir.
