Hennessy Paradis is one of the House of Hennessy’s most refined and distinguished expressions, created in 1979 by Master Blender Maurice Fillioux as a tribute to symphonic music. He envisioned the blend much like a musical orchestra: where each note of eau-de-vie contributes to a balanced, harmonious whole.

Heritage & Profile

Paradis is composed from an exceptional selection of very old eaux-de-vie, aged exclusively in long-seasoned oak barrels. The careful assembly of these rare components delivers a cognac that is both graceful and profound, smooth, round and perfectly balanced, with a silky texture and deep, persistent finish.

Tasting Notes

Appearance:
Rich amber-gold colour, a sign of extensive aging in very old oak.

Nose:
Elegant and floral. Aromas of jasmine, dried rose and honeysuckle are accented by subtle spices like cinnamon and hints of exotic fruit. 

Palate:
Silky and harmonious, revealing floral elements, honeyed fruit and delicate spices such as cardamom and cinnamon. The texture is refined, flowing seamlessly into a deep, flavourful finish. 

Finish:
Long and persistent, with lingering layers of spice, dried fruit and gentle floral echoes.
