Cognac Park VSOP Reflet Cuivré (translated as "Copper Reflection") is named for the beautiful, warm hues the spirit acquires during its patient maturation in oak. This VSOP is a sophisticated marriage of eaux-de-vie from two distinct terroirs: the structured and elegant Petite Champagne and the fruit-forward, supple Fins Bois. The result is a cognac that offers a perfect bridge between the vibrant energy of a VS and the deep complexity of an XO.

The Radiance of Careful Maturation

At Cognac Select, we highlight the "Reflet Cuivré" for its exceptional versatility. Distilled without lees to maintain a high level of aromatic purity, the spirit is aged in slightly toasted Limousin oak barrels. This careful wood management allows the cognac to develop its signature copper glow and a silky texture without ever becoming overpowered by tannins. It is a cognac designed for those who appreciate a clean, balanced profile with a long, fruit-driven finish.

Appearance: A luminous amber with distinct copper highlights and a radiant clarity.

Nose: Rich and aromatic. It opens with an inviting bouquet of candied orange peel and sun-ripened apricots, followed by soft notes of honey, toasted almonds, and a delicate touch of vanilla.

Palate: The mouthfeel is remarkably supple and well-rounded. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious blend of fresh fruit and sweet spices. Layers of gingerbread and dried flowers emerge, supported by a gentle oak structure that adds depth without bitterness.
