Crafting & Aging

• Artisanal Distillation & Extended Aging: Distilled with lees and aged first in French Limousin oak, then transferred to older casks in the estate’s renowned “Paradis” cellar benefiting from a cool, dry environment for slow, superior maturation. 

• A “Drop of History”: A unique addition of one of the oldest eaux-de-vie from the Paradis cellar elevates the blend, imbuing it with exceptional depth and memory.
