Tucked away at the heart of the CAMUS estate, the Ateliers Camus serves as the incubator for some of the most exclusive and rare cognacs. The Cuvée 4.186 is the seventh in a series, a unique blend of four distinct eaux-de-vie that are both powerful and graceful. The enigmatic number 186 in its name represents the combined aging years of these distinct spirits.
The rarity of this Cuvée is unparalleled, with only 315 numbered decanters marked with the iconic "Electrum" emblem. Cyril Camus, the mind behind the brand, aims for each edition to showcase a one-of-a-kind blend of eaux-de-vie—each carefully aged in the estate's cellars.
Master blender Julie Landreau takes great care to select from a variety of sources. With her meticulous attention to detail, she combines floral, gourmand, fruity, and spicy eaux-de-vie to create each bespoke recipe.
The Cuvée 4.186 Electrum is more than just a drink; it's a moment frozen in time, showcasing humanity's dedication, respect, and love for the land from which these remarkable spirits are born.
