The 2012 vintage was drawn from 12 carefully selected casks of the harvest, matured for ten years in oak casks. Under the watchful eye of cellar master Éric Forget, the Bonneuil 2012 reveals a remarkable freshness and sweetness a snapshot of a growing season that produced eaux-de-vie of exceptional aromatic finesse.

A light, bright golden brown luminous and clear, with a natural clarity that reflects the terroir.

Nose:
Very fragrant and inviting: hazelnut, light tobacco, warm pastry notes and a delicate hint of coffee. Subtle, understated and precise.

Palate:
Smooth, elegant and surprisingly sweet on entry  a refined suaveness that evolves towards roasted nuts, caramel and a whisper of spice. Remarkably soft throughout.

Finish:
Elegant and persistent, with a clean mineral character that speaks directly to the limestone terroir of Bonneuil.
